摘要
科学发展观的第一要素是发展,要加快农村社会经济发展,最有效的措施之一就是大幅度提高农机装备水平,进一步解放和发展生产力。
The first element of the scientific development concept development to accelerate socio-economic development in rural areas,one of the most effective measures is the substantial increase in the level of farm machinery and equipment,further emancipate and develop the productive forces.
