摘要
《基于人力资源视角的高校就业指导教育体系探索》一书,从人力资源视角出发分析当代中国大学生在就业过程中存在的一些问题与不足,并在此基础上按照企业人力资源的运作流程,重新探索大学生就业指导的教育体系。它既立意新颖又思考独特,特别是在多处"破解"了人力资源管理者的所思所想,因此对大学生就业而言颇具实用价值,有许多值得借鉴之处。
The book from human resource perspective analysis of the contemporary Chinese college students＇ employment area of some problems and on this basis,in accordance with the enterprise human resource operation flow to explore the college students＇ employment guidance education system.It is novel idea and thinking unique,especially in many place ＂crack＂ human resources management thoughts,so of university students＇ employment is also considerable practical value.
