摘要
高职院校肩负着培养生产、建设、服务和管理第一线需要的高素质技能型人才的使命,其职业性、技术性、应用性特点决定了高职学生不仅要具备过硬的专业技能,还要有主动适应企业文化的能力。实现高职校园文化和企业文化的有机对接,是高职院校提高竞争能力的一条有效途径。文章从校园文化与企业文化的内涵入手,探究校企文化对接的意义与思路。
Vocational colleges are required to take on the mission of cultivating qualified technological talents needed in the first line of production, construction, service and management. The characteristics of occupational, technical and applicability determine higher vocational students not only master excellent professional skills, but also have the ability to adapt corporate culture. Culture docking between vocational campus and corporate is an effective way to improve the competitiveness of higher vocational colleges. Started from the meaning of campus culture and corporate culture, the meaning and ideas of school-enterprise culture docking was discussed.
