摘要
目的:翻译、修订日文版患者安全护理(PSN)自评量表,评价其信度、效度。方法:遵循外文量表的翻译原则,对量表进行翻译、回译及文化调适,通过专家评定和对313名护士的调查,对量表进行修订并对其信度、效度进行评价。结果:中文版量表通过主轴因子法方差最大正交旋转,共抽取7个公因子,累计贡献率为65.768%。总量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.961,各维度的Cronbach’sα系数为0.817～0.901。结论:中文版患者安全护理自评量表的信度、效度较好,但结构效度与原量表不完全等同,将原日文量表的8个维度修订为7个维度,其中文版量表可作为我国患者安全护理研究的参考工具。
Objective： To translate and revise the patient safety nursing （PSN） selfrating scale into Chinese version and test its reliability and validity. Methods： In strict accordance with the foreign language scale translation principles for translation,back translation and co-ordination.After counseling experts and investigating 313 nurses, revise and test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version scale.Results： The Chinese version scale was extracted 7 factors by the method of varimax orthogonal rotation of spindle factor, the cumulative contribution rate was 65.768%. The coefficient of Cronbach＇s α in Chinese version was 0.961. The coefficient of Cronbach＇ s α for each factor was between 0.817 and 0.901.Conclusion：Reliability and validity of Chinese version scale were acceptable.It can be used to patient safety nursing research in China.
