摘要
利用免疫比浊法检测 2 1例慢性肾功能衰竭 (CRF)血液透析 (HD)患者透析前后血中脂蛋白 (a) [L p(a) ],并同时测定了总胆固醇 (TC) ,甘油三脂 (TG) ,载脂蛋白 A1(Apo A1)和载脂蛋白 B (Apo B)的浓度。结果发现 ,HD患者 L p (a) ,TG,Apo B显著高于正常对照组 (均为 P<0 .0 1) ,HD后无明显改善。提示 HD患者体内存在着 L p (a)等脂代谢紊乱。
The lipoprotein(a) [Lp(a)] level and the levels of apolipoprotein A1(apoA1)and apolipoprotein B (apoB) in serum were assayed by using immunoturbidimetry in 21 patients with chronic renal failure(CRF) before and after the hemodialysis (HD). At the same time the total cholesterol(TC)and triglyceride(TG)were determined by means of enzymatic method. The results showed that the levels of Lp(a),TG and ApoB were higher in the patients with CRF than those in the normal controls( P <0 01). No obvious improvement was found even after HD. It was suggested that the abnormal lipid metabolism existed in the patients undergoing HD.
