摘要
应用免疫 PCR方法 ,对 17例癫痫病患儿及 39例对照组儿童脑脊液中肿瘤坏死因子 - α (TNF- α)与白细胞介素 - 6 (IL- 6 )的含量进行了检测。结果发现 ,癫痫患儿组脑脊液中 TNF- α和 IL- 6的水平均比对照组明显升高 (P<0 . 0 1)。结果提示 ,TNF- α和 IL- 6可能参与癫痫的免疫学发病机制。
By using immuno PCR technique, the levels of tumor necrosis factor α(TNF α) and interleukin 6(1L 6) in cerebrospinal fluid were determined in 17 epileptic children and 39 control children.It was found that the levels of TNF α and IL 6 in epileptic group were significantly lighter than those in control group ( P <0.01) The results suggested that TNF α and IL 6 may play roles in the immunological etiology of epilepsy.
