摘要
目的观察肤康合剂治疗颜面复发性皮炎的临床疗效。方法将275例颜面复发性皮炎患者随机分为2组,治疗组口服肤康合剂(我院自制)3次/d,20 mL/次,同时口服依巴斯丁片10 mg(1次/d);对照组口服依巴斯丁片10 mg(1次/d),2组均外用维生素E霜(我院自制)。于治疗前、治疗后2、4周行临床症状及体征评分。结果治疗后2、4周治疗组有效率明显高于对照组,2组差异有统计学意义。结论肤康合剂治疗颜面复发性皮炎安全、有效。
Objective To study the effect of Fukang mixture in treating facial recurrent dermatitis.Methods 275 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was received Fukang mixture（made in our hospital）20 mL orally three times a day,and ebastine 10 mg orally once a day;and the control group was treated with ebastine 10 mg orally once a day.Both two groups were treated with vitamin E cream for external use（made in our hospital）.Results There were significant efficiency at the second and the fourth week.Conclusion Fukang mixture is safety and efficacy in treating facial recurrent dermatitis.
