摘要
对凝胶包埋型硝化菌载体LQ-1的溶胀-扩散性能、力学性能、硝化性能及储存性能等进行了全面考察,载体内部形成了互相贯穿的5μm左右的通孔结构,85%压缩比时压缩强度达0.48 MPa,10 min扩散进程完成95%以上,25℃时4 h氨氮去除量为58.1 mg/L,5℃时硝化菌以较低工作效率状态存活,储存45 d硝化性能保持率在90%以上。
The swelling-diffusion behavior, mechanical performance, nitrification activity and storability of gel- embedded bio-carriers LQ-1 for nitrifying bacteria are studied in this study. The results show that the interpenetrating holing-through structure (about 5 μm) is formed in the immobilized nitrifying bacteria cubes. When the compression rate is 85% ,the compressive stress reaches 0. 49 MPa. More than 95% of the diffusion process can be completed in 10 minutes. Immobilized nitrifying bacteria can survive less efficiently in 5℃. Nitrification activity keeps above 90% after 45 days.
