摘要
观察0号柴油水溶性成分(DWSF)对褐菖鲉(Sebastiscus marmoratus)肝脏、脾脏和肾脏抗氧化能力的影响.实验条件下,褐菖鲉通过水体分别暴露于0.02,0.1,0.5mg/L的0号柴油水溶性成分,于暴露后0,7,28,84d和恢复实验的7,28d采样进行理化分析.MDA含量在肝脏组织中高质量浓度组暴露期间表现出显著性降低,脾脏中暴露初期(7,28d)有显著或极其显著抑制现象,肾脏在胁迫过程中表现为低质量浓度组降低,高质量浓度组先降低再升高后恢复;GPx活性表现肝脏为先诱导再抑制后诱导,脾脏为先诱导后抑制,肾脏则表现被抑制;比较3器官的抗氧化指数变化,抗氧化防御系统对DWSF的抗氧化能力依次表现为肝脏>肾脏>脾脏,其中对污染物敏感性最高的是脾脏.
Investigate the influence of 0; diesel oil water-soluble fraction (DWSF) on an- tioxidant capacity of liver, spleen and kidney of Sebastiscus marmoratus. Sebastiscus mar- moratus were exposed to 0; diesel oil water-soluble fraction (DWSF) at concentrations of 0.02, 0.1,0.5 mg/L under indoor experimental condition and samples were treated for 0, 7, 28, 84 days, and were collected after 7 and 28 days respectively. The amount of MDA in these three organs of Sebastiscus marmoratus had different performance: in the liver, it de- creased significantly in the high concentration group during the period of DWSF exposure, it had significant or extremely significant suppression in spleen in the early exposure (7, 28 d). However, in the kidney, the MDA content decreased in the low concentration group but decreased firstly then rose to the original state in the high concentration group. The activity of GPx in these three organs were also distinct: it was first induced then inhibited and then was re-induced again in liver, it was first induced then inhibited in spleen, it was only inhibit- ed in kidney. Compared with the effect of DWSF on Antioxidant index in these three organs of Sebastiscus marmoratus, the antioxidant capacity of the organs against DWSF appeared as below: liver;kidney;spleen, while the spleen was the most sensitive to DWSF.
