摘要
高血糖是糖尿病患者的基本特征,围术期血糖应如何管理,仍存在着不少争议。针对这些争议,本文对近年来关于糖尿病患者手术麻醉对糖代谢的影响、围术期血糖控制的目标、血糖控制与预后的关系、围术期血糖控制方案等研究结果进行综述,以求提供临床上可参考的血糖管理目标。尽管统一的理想的血糖管理目标还不确定,随着血糖监控技术和胰岛素输注设备的改进,未来血糖管理和控制方案的实施会更平稳,并且预后也能得到改善。
Objective Hyperglycemiais the basic characteristics in patients with diabetes mellitus. There is a lot of controversy on how to manage the blood glucose during perioperative period. For these disputes, this review discusses on recent research and progress of glycemic management duringperioperative period in recent years, in order to providea clinical reference on glyeemic management targets. This review focuses on the research results of diabetic and is to summarize and elucidate the im- pact of operation and anesthesia on glucose metabolism, perioperative glycemic control target, the relationship between glycemic control and prognosis, and glucose control programmeduring perioperation of diabetic patients. Although unified ideal glycemic management goal is uncertain, with improvement of blood glucose monitoring and insulin infusion equipment, botbglycemic management and the implementation of control programme will be more stable in the future, and the prognosis can be improved.
