摘要
目的:分析克罗米芬联合中药人工周期治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症的临床疗效。方法:将70例多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组35例,治疗组采用克罗米芬联合促卵泡汤、促排卵汤、促黄体汤中药人工周期治疗,对照组仅用克罗米芬治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率、妊娠率显著优于对照组,睾酮(T)值与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:克罗米芬联合中药人工周期治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症临床疗效显著,值得推广。
Objective：To analyze the clinical effects of clomiphene plus TCM artificial cycle in treating polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS）.Methods：70 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,35 cases in each group,the treatment group was treated by clomiphene plus TCM artificial cycle （the follicle-stimulating decoction,the ovulation induction decoction,the Luteinizing decoction）;The control group only with clomiphene for treatment.Results：The total effective rate and pregnancy rate in treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,testosterone （T） of the treatment group compared with that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion：The efficacy of clomiphene plus TCM artificial cycle was significant in treating PCOS,worthy of application.
