灵菌红素发酵工艺的初步优化 被引量:4

摘要 以筛选出的高产红色素粘质沙雷氏菌(Setratla marcescen)jx-1菌株为研究对象,以价格低廉的农副产品作为原料,考察通过补料方式及表面活性剂以提高红色素灵菌红素的产量。结果发现,通过优化,红色素产量提高到5.8g/L,相比与优化前提高了81%,这为灵菌红素的开发利用奠定了良好的基础. Agricultural products as sources are utilized to culture Serratia marcescens j x-1 screened from the soil. And feed mode and surfactants are investigated to improve the yield of prodigiosin. After optimization, the red pigment production was increased to 5.8g/L, which was 81% higher than that before. It has established a good foundation for exploitation and utilization of the pigment prodigiosin.
