摘要
目的探讨院前硝酸甘油急救心肌梗死的临床疗效和安全性。方法选择2008年1月—2011年12月在淮安市急救中心急诊科院前处理的98例急性心肌梗死患者为研究对象,应用随机数字表法将本研究入选患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组患者给予院前不给予硝酸甘油静脉滴注进行治疗,而观察组患者则硝酸甘油静脉滴注进行治疗,两组其他治疗措施相同,观察对照组和观察组患者临床治疗效果和并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者和对照组患者临床疗效、出院前死亡、梗死后心绞痛和心力衰竭或者休克方面差异无显著性(P>0.05),但是观察组患者在心律失常和出血发生率方面明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论硝酸甘油治疗急性心肌梗死疗效确切,主要终点事件发生率低,且不良反应发生少,安全可靠,尤其适用于院前急救的患者,值得进一步推广使用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of nitroglycerin in ninety-eight patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods The clinical data of ninety-eight cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction who were treated before the court from January 2008 to December 2011 were collected.then patients were divided into the control group and observation group by using a random number table,patients in the control group was not given nitroglycerin intravenous drip,but patients in the observation group was given urokinase intravenous thrombolysis,the clinical efficacy and bleeding complications of patients with acute myocardial infarction in the control group and the observation group was evaluated.Results The total efficient rate,the death rate before discharge,infarction angina pectoris rate and heart failure or shock rate were no different（P0.05）,arrhythmia rate and bleeding incidence were lower in the observation group than that in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusions Nitroglycerin has definite effect on acute myocardial infarction with low end point rate and less adverse reactions.It is safe and reliable,especially suitable for first-aid patients.It is worth of further application.
