替吉奥化疗联合3-DCRT治疗中晚期食管胃结合部肿瘤 被引量：4

摘要 目的观察替吉奥化疗联合三维适形放疗(3-DCRT)治疗中晚期食管胃结合部肿瘤的近期疗效和不良反应。方法选取我科2010年1月-2011年3月收治的食管胃结合部恶性肿瘤59例,随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组33例,对照组26例。实验组采用3-DCRT联合替吉奥化疗,对照组单纯采用3-DCRT。结果实验组:完全缓解率24.24%(8/33),有效率为87.88%(29/33)。对照组:完全缓解率3.80%(1/26),有效率30.77%(8/26)。不良反应包括消化道反应、放射性气管炎、局部皮肤反应和骨髓抑制等。结论替吉奥化疗联合3-DCRT是治疗食管胃结合部恶性肿瘤的有效方法之一,不良反应可以耐受。
