摘要
目的探讨抗菌药物智能引导系统设计,实现抗菌药物使用和管理信息化、智能化,提高抗菌药物使用管理水平和医院感染管理的效能。方法在医院电子病历的基础上,建立动态和静态抗菌药物引导数据库,依据卫生部医院抗菌药物使用指南,做到新增医嘱自动提示和抗菌药物使用权限管理,超期限长期医嘱自动停止,达到抗菌药物使用的动态监测和预警。结果抗菌药物智能引导系统作为信息化管理手段得到全面推广应用,对医嘱的监管由静态、被动的事后惩罚转向动态实时的事前指引,智能抓取病历有关感染内容实时提示给医嘱制定者,做到治疗性抗菌药物医嘱下达均有药敏、有感染指征,预防性抗菌药物医嘱和切口类型相结合,有效落实卫生部医院抗菌药物使用指南,提高了抗菌药物的合理使用水平,提高了医院感染管理水平。结论实践表明,抗菌药物智能引导系统是提高医院抗菌药物有效手段,医嘱处理系统智能化是发展方向,抗菌药物管理信息化是医院药品管理的必然趋势。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the design of the antibiotic intelligent guidance system,to achieve the informatization and implementation and management of antimicrobial drug use information and intelligence,improve the management of antimicrobial drug use and hospital infection control performance.METHODS The dynamic and static antibiotics-guidance database were established on the basis of electronic medical records,according to the guidelines for use of antimicrobial drug by Ministry of Health,the new prescriptions were automatically indicated so as to achieve the reserved right of use of antibiotics,the overlong doctor′s advice was automatically terminated so as to achieve the dynamic monitoring of use of antibiotics and the pre-alarming.RESULTS Antibiotic intelligent guidance system,as an information management tacit,was fully promoted and applied.The supervision of medical advice transferred from the static and passive punishment to the dynamic real-time guidance.The intelligent captured medical records about the infection were promptly offer to the doctor so that the drug susceptibility testing was performed for all the prescribed therapeutic antibiotics,there were indications of infections.The prophylactic antibiotics were combined with the incision type.The guidelines for the use of antibiotics by the Ministry of Health were effectively implemented so that the reasonable use of antibiotics has been improved,the control of nosocomial infections being improved as well.CONCLUSION Practice shows that the antibiotic intelligent guidance system is an effective means of improving hospital antimicrobial drugs,prescription processing system is the development of intelligent direction,the antimicrobial management information is an inevitable trend in the drug administration in hospital.
