萘酰亚胺-多胺缀合物与DNA作用的光谱学研究 被引量：1

摘要 采用荧光方法研究了DNA与萘酰亚胺-多胺缀合物1-3的作用,并分析了缀合物1-3对DNA的嵌入作用.结果表明,萘酰亚胺-多胺缀合物对DNA有嵌入作用,是DNA嵌入剂. The interaction between naphthalimide-polyamine conjugates 1-3 and DNA was investigated by fluorimetry,and the intercalation of compounds 1-3 into DNA was examined.Results show that all the three kinds of tested naphthalimide-polyamine conjugates are able to intercalate into DNA and can act as intercalating agents of DNA.
