绝经期女性严重牙龈退缩与跟骨骨密度相关性分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:通过对绝经期女性严重牙龈退缩患者骨质情况的分析评价骨质疏松与严重牙龈退缩相关性。方法:采用问卷调查、牙周临床检查和左跟骨骨密度检测对168例严重牙龈退缩与197例无严重牙龈退缩的绝经期女性进行流行病学调查,并进行相关性分析。结果:牙龈退缩组的BQI、SOS、BUA、Z-score和平均T值低于对照组,存在着统计学差异;但组内分析显示牙龈退缩组和对照组各年龄段间平均T值均不存在统计学差异,且各年龄段分组分析结果显示各年龄段间T值的构成比未见显著性差异。结论:女性严重牙龈退缩与骨质疏松存在着较大的相关性,因此强化牙周病患者全身的骨质检查有利于对骨质疏松的早期诊断。 Objective: To evaluate the correlation of the severe gingival recession with the osteoporosis in the post- menopausal female by ultrasonic bone density detection. Methods: The questionnaires, periodontal examination and ultrasonic bone density detection of left calcaneus were carried out in 168 gingival recession samples and 197 control samples without the obvious gingival recession. All samples were selected from the menopause female. The intra-- group and inter--group statistical analysis were executed. Results: The values of BQI, SOS, BUA, Z--score and T --score in severe gingival recession group were lower than those of the control group with statistically significant differences. However, the average T--score and constituent ratio of T--score in selected age groups were not detec- ted to have statistically significant differences in both groups. Conclusion: The correlation of the severe gingival re- cession with the osteoporosis in the postmenopausal female was confirmed. The bone density detection was recom- mended to screen the early diagnosis of the osteoporosis in the postmenopausal female with severe gingival reces- sion.
