齿间滑动摩擦对机床增速齿轮传动中大齿轮齿根弯曲疲劳强度的影响(英文) 被引量:4

摘要 应用至今的传统齿轮理论认为,齿间滑动摩擦对齿轮齿根弯曲疲劳应力的影响可忽略不计.本文作者在对机床增速齿轮传动中大齿轮受力状况作全面分析及研究基础上推导出一组公式,利用该组公式可计算出机床增速齿轮传动中大齿轮在包括齿间滑动摩擦在内的实际载荷作用下的齿根弯曲疲劳应力.研究表明,齿间滑动摩擦对机床增速齿轮传动中大齿轮齿根弯曲疲劳应力的影响不容忽视. The traditional gear strength theory[1~3], which has been used up to now, thinks that the effect of the sliding friction hetween teeth on the tooth root bending fatigue stresses of gears can be neglected.The author of this article has made overall analysis and research on the forcing condition of the great gear in the machine tool increasinq speed gearing, and derived the formulas for calculating the tooth root bending fatigue stress of the great gear subjected to the actual outside loads including the sliding friction between teeth. It has been Proved by researches that the effect of the sliding friction between teeth on the tooth root bending fatigue strength of the great gear of the machine tool increasing speed gearing should not be negligible.
