施加硒对中草药吉祥草吸收镉、铬、汞、铅的影响 被引量:4

Influence on selenium application to the uptake of Cd,Cr,Hg and Pb in Chinese Medicinal Herb Reineckea carnea

摘要 为研究施加硒对中草药吉祥草吸收镉、铬、汞、铅重金属的影响,采用盆栽试验,外源添加4种重金属元素,研究不同硒添加量对吉祥草等吸收镉、铬、汞、铅的影响。结果表明:在一定范围内,施加硒能够促进吉祥草对汞、铅的吸收;较低施硒水平(4 mg/kg)时,施加硒能够显著降低吉祥草对镉、铬的吸收,有效降低吉祥草对两种元素的富集作用,较高施硒水平(12 mg/kg)促进了吉祥草对镉、铬的吸收;硒的施加量与吉祥草茎叶中镉、铬、汞含量存在显著正相关关系,硒的施加量与吉祥草茎叶中、根中铅的含量分别存在显著正相关显著负相关;硒的施加有效抑制了镉从吉祥草根部向地上部转运,但促进了铬、汞和铅向地上部的转运;随着硒施加水平的增加,抑制或促进作用逐渐减弱,但铅向地上部的转运能力显著增强。 In order to study the influence of the application selenium to Reineckea carnea absorbing heavy metal-Cd, Cr, Hg and Pb, setting different amount of selenium applied, and applying four kinds of exogenous heavy metal, the research was done by pot experiments. The result showed that: in certain selenium scale imposed, it can promote the absorption amount of Hg and Pb by Reineckea carnea; the uptake amount of Cd and Cr by Reineckea carnea was effectively reduced, as the same as the accumulation level of the two elements, at lower level of selenium application (4mg/kg). However, at higher level of selenium application (12 mg/kg), the application of selenium promotes the absorbing of two elements. There were significant positive correlations between the selenium application amount and the content of Cd, Cr and Hg in stem and root of Reineckea carnea, and there were positive correlation between the selenium application amount and the content of Pb in stem, while negative correlation between selenium application and root of Reineckea carnea. The application of selenium can inhibit the transferring of Cd from root to stem, and promote the transferring of Cr, Hg and Pb. The function of inhibition and promotion weaken by degrees as the increase of selenium imposed, while the transfer capacity of Pb to the stem significantly enhanced.
