摘要
主要介绍了手工下向焊工艺及操作技术在焊工培训过程和天然气输气管道施工现场的应用。通过对焊工的取证考核 ,上岗培训的过程控制以及参施工程 ,有效地保证了焊缝的内在质量 。
This article mainly introduces the application of vertical down welds technique and operation technology in the course of welders' training and in the site of natural gas pipeline.Through the welders' getting certification examination,the process controlling of working training and taking part in projects,this technology guarantees efficiently the inner quality of welds and gets economic profits.It functions in teaching and application.
