摘要
科学地构建指标体系,是对农业高效用水评价的前提条件。从评价系统分析入手,探讨了构建评价指标体系的路径、原则和方法。建立在水资源高效利用概念基础之上,构建了田间尺度农业高效用水评价指标体系,包括高效节水技术效率类指标、节水技术经济合理性类指标、节水经济效果和社会效果类指标,为田间高效节水技术应用效果的评价提供计量工具。
A scientific index system is the prerequisite for evaluation of high efficient water use in agriculture. The study starts from system analysis to discuss the principles and methods of establishing evaluation index system. Based on the concept of high efficient water use, a high efficient water use evaluation index system for field-scale agriculture is established in this paper. The system includes indexes on water-saving technology efficiency, indexes on economic rationality of the water-saving technology, indexes on economic and social effects of water-saving, which will provide measurement tools to evaluate the application effect of water-saving technology in field-scale agriculture.
