摘要
介绍了我国第一艘自主研发设计的电力推进拖网渔船控制系统的设计与组成。通过采用电力推进控制系统、电站功率管理系统、机舱监测报警系统以及网络通信技术,将变频控制技术、数字化和自动化控制技术等船舶前沿科技应用于实船,构建综合控制系统,使渔船柴油机组在各种工况下始终运行于高负荷率工作区,达到渔船节能环保,提高渔船推进系统的操纵性、机动性、可靠性、推进效率和供电系统自动化管理水平的目的。目前该船已经实船建造并应用于渔业生产,其控制系统可靠、稳定,各项技术指标均满足设计要求。
With regard to the problem that the trawler has inefficient propulsion, bad maneuverability and poor energy saving effects, the paper focuses on the design and composition of China; first independently designed electric propulsion trawler control system. An integrated control system is constitutive of electric propulsion control system, power management system, engine room monitoring-alarm system and network communication technology via frequency conversion, digitalization and automatic control technologies that are applied to the ship. In this way, the diesel engine could be always running at high load working area in spite of various oper- ation duties, therefore the goal is achieved of energy conservation, environmental protection, improving ma- neuverability, mobility, reliability, propulsive efficiency of the propulsion system and the automatic manage- ment of the power supply system. Now the corresponding trawler has been built and applied to fishery produc- tion, its control system is reliable and stable, multifarious indices all satisfy the requirements of the design.
