摘要
骨髓间充质干细胞是骨髓中非造血干细胞的另一类重要干细胞,可以分化为多种不同类型的细胞如血管内皮细胞,能够作为组织工程中的种子细胞。在生长因子作用下参与组织修复的各个阶段,尤其是组织修复及创面愈合。本文就骨髓间充质干细胞结合血管内皮细胞在组织修复及创面愈合的研究现状作以下综述。
Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells are bone marrow-non hematopoietic stem cells, which as an important stem cells can differentiate into many different types of cells. Such as endothelial cells can be used as seed cells in tissue engineering, growth factor involved in various stages of tissue repair, especially in tissue repair and wound healing. The paper will review the research on bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells combined with vascular endothelial cells in the tissue repair and wound healing.
