摘要
采集了四川省烟区烤烟上、中、下3个部位的烟叶样品447份,对烤烟糖碱比含量进行了描述性统计分析和聚类分析,并对烟叶糖碱比与烤烟各感官质量指标进行了回归分析.结果表明:四川省烟区烤烟糖碱比平均值为(13.93±7.17),变异系数为51.48%,其中91.72%的样品烟叶糖碱比在4.00~24.00之间;不同品种、部位、产区间烟叶糖碱比存在显著差异,具体表现为‘云烟87’>‘CF209’>‘红花大金元’>‘云烟85’>‘云烟97’>‘云烟203’>‘K326’、下部叶>中部叶>上部叶、攀枝花>广元>凉山>达州>泸州>宜宾,经聚类分析可把四川省烟区29个县划为5类;当烤烟烟叶糖碱比在4.00~32.00的范围内,烟叶糖碱比与香气质、香气量、余味、杂气、甜度、刺激性和评吸总分均存在显著的回归关系,其中烟叶糖碱比在8.00~24.00的范围内评吸总分较高.
In order to study on the relationships between reducing sugar/alkaloids and smoking quality,447 flue-cured tobacco samples of 2009 with three positions including upper part,middle part and underneath part were taken to compare the content of reducing sugar/alkaloids in flue-cured tobacco leaves analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis and cluster analysis.Also the regression analysis was applied to describe the relationship of the ratio of reducing sugar to alkaloids and sensory quality of flue-cured tobacco.The results showed that the mean of the sugar alkali ratio in Sichuan tobacco-growing areas was(13.93±7.17) and the coefficient of variation was 51.48%,which the content of reducing sugar/alkaloids of 91.72% samples dropped from 4.00 to 24.00.There existed significant differences among the positions,varieties and producing areas for the ratio of reducing sugar to alkaloids.The cluster analysis divided the 29 counties in Sichuan tobacco-growing areas into 5 groups.When the sugar alkali ratio of flue-cured tobacco was in the range of 4.00~32.00,the ratio of reducing sugar to alkaloids expresses a significant regression with aroma quality,aroma volume,offensive taste,undesirable taste,sweetness,biting taste as well as the smoking score.When the sugar alkali ratio ranged from 8.00~24.00,the sensory smoking indexes were higher.
