摘要
研究利用烧结烟气脱硫灰、普通粉煤灰和电石渣等工业废渣,辅之水泥、生石灰、外加剂来制备蒸压加气混凝土砌块的可行性。实验结果显示,当脱硫灰掺量30%~40%,普通粉煤灰掺量45%~35%,电石渣掺量8%,水料比0.58,无需额外添加石膏,采用蒸压养护10h时,制得的蒸压加气混凝土砌块的力学性能符合GB11968--2006《蒸压加气混凝土砌块》对B06级的要求。
The feasibility of autoclaved aerated concrete block prepared by sintering flue gas desulfurization fly ash,ordinary fly ash,carbide slag, cement, quick lime and other additives was studied. It can be concluded that the mechanical properties of the products achieved the national prescriptive standard of classified B06 for autoclaved aerated concrete block in GB 11968--2006 "Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Blocks", when the ratio of components was as follows: 30%-40% of desulfurization fly ash, 45%-35% of fly ash, 8% of carbide slag, 0.58 of water/cement ratio,without additional add gypsum,and autoclaved curing of 10 hours.
