摘要
通过2种植物生长调节剂2,4-D与拉长坐果王对5个不同皮色西葫芦品种果实的处理研究,结果表明,2种植物生长调节剂都可以促进西葫芦的生长,2,4-D处理效果优于拉长坐果王;不同处理对西葫芦果实生长速度的影响差别较大,不同药剂处理对同一西葫芦品种的效果也存在差异;5 mg/kg的2,4-D处理对寒丽、合玉秀的果实生长速度影响效果最好,10 mg/kg的2,4-D处理对合玉青、合玉丽的果实生长速度影响效果最好;25 mg/kg的拉长坐果王对春葫一号的果实生长速度影响效果最好。这为进一步研究不同环境条件下植物生长调节剂对不同西葫芦类型的生殖生长奠定了良好基础。
The effects of two plant growth regulators 2,4-D and elongated fruit king on 5 different skin color of Cucurbita Pepo L were studied.The results show that 2,4-D and elongated fruit king could promote the growth of Cucurbita Pepo L and the effects of 2,4-D was significantly higher than that of elongated fruit king.The effects of different density of the elongated fruit king and 2,4-D on Cucurbita Pepo L were varied widely and the reaction of the same Cucurbita Pepo L to different plant growth regulators were diversed.The concentration of 2,4-D 5mg/kg was the best for Hanli and Heyuxiu and 10mg/kg was the best for Heyuqing and Heyuli.The concentration of elongated fruit king 25mg/kg was the best for Chunhu1.The above results would be helpful to study the effects of different plant growth regulators on different types of Cucurbita Pepo L under different environmental conditions.
