摘要
激素敏感脂肪酶(HSL)是猪脂肪沉积相关的重要候选基因之一。本研究采用PCR-RFLP和SSCP技术检测了藏猪HSL基因exon1G→A和exon8G→T突变位点多态性。结果显示,藏猪群体中2个位点均出现3种基因型,表现多态性,其中,exon1G→A位点等位基因A和G频率分别为62.50%和37.50%,exon8G→T位点等位基因A和B频率分别为77.68%和22.32%。与报道的其他猪种相比,藏猪HSL基因2个突变位点的基因分布均处于瘦肉型外种猪和脂肪性地方猪之间,表现出其与其他猪种的差异。
The porcine hormone-sensitive lipase(HSL) gene was one of important candidates for depositing of fat.In this study,the polymorphism of mutation sites in exon1 and exon8 of HSL gene was detected with the methods of PCR-RFLP and SSCP in Tibet pig.The results showed that there were three genotypes at the both sites in Tibet pig population.The frequencies of allele A and allele G were 62.50 % and 37.50 % at the site of exon1G→A,and the frequencies of allele A and allele B were 77.68 % and 22.32 % at the site of exon8G→T,respectively.Compared with other pig breed,the genotype distribution of HSL gene in Tibet pig population was between lean-type pigs and fat-type pigs,which might be the difference of Tibet pig with other pig breeds.
