摘要
通过对国内外医患关系和患者安全文化的现状进行梳理,明晰推广患者安全文化的必要性和紧迫性,着重介绍澳大利亚新南威尔士州为促进患者安全发起的患者合作、临床领导力改善等重点项目,以期为我国创建患者安全文化拓宽思路,提供借鉴和启示。Promote patient partnering and the bottom-to-top patient safety culture in various forms/SUN Dongyue,SUN Niuyun,Clifford F Hughes,et al//Chinese Hospitals.-2012,16(10)
Based on the status quo at home and abroad of the doctor-patient relationship and patient safety culture, the necessity and urgency of promoting patient safety culture is discussed. Key projects on promoting patient safety such as partnering with patients and clinical leadership program in New South Wales in Australia is introduced to give reference and recommendations for building patient safety culture in China.
