植入心脏起搏器患者回归社会健康知识需求调查 被引量:8

摘要 目的总结永久性心脏起搏器植入术患者回归社会所需健康教育知识要点。方法通过20例永久性心脏起搏器植入术患者回归社会健康知识需求问卷调查,总结健康知识要点。根据患者健康教育前后对所需知识的掌握情况作出效果评价。结果分别有100%和90%的患者将安全需求和社会适应能力需求列为最需要掌握的知识,并且通过健康教育使永久性心脏起搏器植入术患者对回归社会所需知识掌握程度有显著提高(P<0.01)。结论通过对患者实施有针对性的健康教育,可以解除患者出院后心理负担,使其能够更好地对自身进行护理,保障患者生命安全,提高患者生活质量。 Objective To summarize the points of health education knowledge for the per- manent implanted cardiac pacemaker patients with need of returning to society. Method Through the questionnaire investigation on requirement of health knowledge based on 20 permanent implant- ed cardiac pacemaker patients, the points of health knowledge were summarized, and according to the master condition of the required knowledge before and after health education, the effect was as- sessed. Results In all the requirement of health knowledge, all the patients believed demands for security was the most important, and 90 % of the patients believed social adaptation ability was also important. After health education, master degree of knowledge for returning to society in patients with implanted cardiac pacemaker improved significantly(P〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Thought imple- mentation of targeted health education for patients, their psychological burden relieve and they can perform self-nursing much better, and the life security and life quality improve as well.
