摘要
研究用七水硫酸亚铁联产硫酸钾、氯化铁红、氯化铵 ,液体二氧化碳的工艺 ,该工艺不产生二次污染。研究结果表明 :35~ 45℃的氧化反应温度 ,550~ 650℃的煅烧温度、大的氧化相界面积是保证铁红质量的恰当条件。
A technique of joint production of potassium sulfate, iron oxide red, ammonium chloride and liquid carbon dioxide using ferrous sulfate heptahydrate is researched. The technique does not produce the secondary pollution. It is indicated by the results that the oxidizing reaction temperature of 35~45℃,calcining temperature of 550~650℃ and oxidation phase boundary of large area are the suitable conditions for ensuring the quality of the iron oxide red.
