摘要
结合工作经验,针对施工单位如何做好工程结算进行了探讨,从施工前的准备工作、施工过程索赔工作、结算的审计工作等几方面进行了阐述,提出了工程结算各环节的工作重点,以确保施工单位自身利益。
Combining with work experience, this paper discussed the construction unit how to do good job in project settlement, elaborated from the preparation work before construction, construction process claim settlement, audit work and other aspects, pointed out the work focus of engineering settlement each link, so as to ensure the construction unit oneself interests.
