摘要
分析河北省电力公司电能量采集系统的构成和统计分析功能,通过实例介绍机组运行和检修时利用电量不平衡率的变化情况分析电能计量装置缺陷的方法,并提出了电能计量装置正确的计量方式。
This paper the constructure and analysis function of electric energy measurement system,introduces electric energy measurement device defcots with electricity quantity un- balance rate changing during the operation and examination through the example, and proposes the correct measurement method of electric energy measurement device.
