摘要
首先介绍了低碳经济产生的背景,以及发展低碳经济的两种途径:碳排放权交易和复合碳排放权交易,其中,复合排放权交易体系是指将以价格为基础的碳税和以数量为基础的一般排放权交易制度结合起来,为排放权价格设定安全限制。本文主要探讨了基于碳排放权交易和政府分配初始碳配额的复合排放权交易机制,然后,提出了基于该机制的制造商三维(资源、产品和碳排放权)交易模式。建立了基于三维交易模式的制造商产品组合优化的模型,分别讨论了减排的价格敏感因子、政府分配和减排的技术效率对企业最优产量的影响。最后,本文通过一个实例对低碳经济下空调制造商的产品进行了组合优化。
First we introduce the background of low-carbon economy,and describes two ways of developing low-carbon economy: carbon emission permits trade and composite carbon emission permits trade.Compound emission permits trade system combines price-based carbon tax with quantity-based emission permits trade system,and sets the safety limit for the price of emission rights.This paper mainly discusses the composite carbon emission permits trade based on carbon emission permits trade and the government allocation.Then we bring up the three-dimensional(resources,products,and carbon emissions) trading patterns,and establish the product portfolio optimization model of manufacturer under the patterns,and discuss the impact of price-sensitive factor of emission reduction,the government allocation,emission reduction technologies on the optimal production respectively.Finally,the product portfolio optimization is proposed through a practical example of air conditioning manufacturer under low-carbon economy.
