摘要
采用沥青混合料车辙试验仪,对6组沥青混合料进行车辙试验。分析试验结果发现,对于同一种混合料、相同的试验条件,最大变形量与动稳定度值存在矛盾性。为克服现有车辙评价指标的不足,提出了"位移能量指数"指标。将车辙变形曲线横坐标上的20 min和60 min对应车辙变形曲线围成的闭合区域的面积定义为"位移能量指数",用来衡量沥青混合料的抗车辙性能。试验结果显示,位移能量指数与最大变形量有很好的相关性;"位移能量指数"体现了车辙变形的发展过程,较动稳定度指标更具科学性。
Through tests on six groups of asphalt mixture by using the asphalt mixture rutting appearance, it can be found that the dynamic stability was not comprehensive to evaluate asphalt mixture' s anti-rutting perform- ance: the depth of rutting test is much more different from dynamic stability value. Then the concept of displace- ment energy index was put forward. The anti-rutting performance of asphalt mixture was measured by the part area composed of the X axis, 20 minutes and 60 minutes corresponding displacement values and rutting curve. Finally, by comparing and analyzing the depth of rutting test, dynamic stability and displacement energy index, the conclu- sion can be drawn that the displacement energy index is more appropriate than the dynamic stability index.
