摘要
目的：研究马钱子炮制前后马钱子碱的含量及最优炮制方法。方法：以马钱子碱为对照品,在262.6 nm波长处测定马钱子中马钱子碱含量。结果：马钱子碱在2.2~13.2 mg/mL与吸光度呈良好线性关系（r=0.999 5）,平均回收率92.88%（RSD=4.3%）。结论：该方法简便、准确,可用于马钱子炮制品的质量控制研究。
Objective： Strychnos content of active ingredients before and after processing and the optimal processing method. Methods： To strychnine as a reference substance,was measured at 262.6 nm wavelength of Strychnos alkali content in.Results： The brucine showed good linearity with in the range of 2.2 ~13.2 mg/mL,r =0.999 5,the average recovery was 92.88%（RSD =4.3%）. Conclusion： The method is simple,accurate,and can be used for Strychnos quality control of processed products.
