摘要
膜联蛋白A1/A2(annexins A1/A2,ANNXⅠ/Ⅱ)的膜聚集调节多种细胞的蛋白运输、细胞增殖和迁移,并与多条信号通路相关联,可能是肺动脉平滑肌细胞(pulmonary arterial smooth muscle cells,PASMCs)表型转换分子机制的关键变化,在肝源性肺血管重塑中发挥关键性调节作用。
The membrane aggregation of annexins A1/A2 regulates the protein transportation, proliferation and migration of various ceils, and is associated with multiple sigtml pathways. It may be a key change in the molecular mechanism of phenotype modu- lation in pulmonary arterial smooth muscle ceils and play a pivotal role in regulating hepatogenic pulmonary vascular remodeling.
