摘要
以壳聚糖(CS)为原料,2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵为醚化剂,采用亲核取代技术,制备出季铵化壳聚糖(QCS)。以QCS为制膜原料,戊二醛(GA)为交联剂,通过掺杂聚苯乙烯(PS)乳液制备出QCS-PS负离子交换膜。结果表明,最佳吸附条件为:PS乳液质量分数27%,吸附时间150 min,pH值6,Cr6+初始质量浓度10 mg/L,GA质量分数0.32%。在此条件下,QCS-PS负离子交换膜和CS膜对Cr6+的吸附量分别为4.91,1.66 mg/g。
The quaternized chitosan (QCS) was prepared by nucleophilic substitution technology with chitosan as material,2,3 - epoxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride as etherifying agent. The anion exchange membrane QCS - PS was prepared by adding polystyrene (PS) emulsion with QCS as material, glutaraldehyde (GA) as crosslinker. The resuits showed that the optimum adsorption condition was the mass fraction of tion time 150 min, pH PS emulsion 27% , adsorpvalue 6, Cr6+ initial mass concentration 10 mg/L, the mass fraction of GA 0.32%. Under this condition, Cr6+ adsorption capacity of anion exchange membrane QCS-PS and membrane CS was 4.91,1.66 mg/g respectively.
