摘要
以玉米淀粉为主要原料,将其改性,制成淀粉衍生物,用这种衍生物合成一种改性淀粉环保廉价商标胶,当交联剂用量为质量分数0.6%、氧化剂用量质量分数为2%、反应温度为55~58℃时,制备的改性淀粉环保廉价商标胶,具有初粘力强、干燥速度快、防水性好、无毒、无味、不污染环境等特点,能满足高档啤酒贴标机的要求。
Using corn starch as main raw material, the modified starch derivatives, made, the synthesis of the derivatives of a modified starch is environment-friendly and cheap trademark plastic, When the amount of crosslinking agent is 0.6%,the dosage of oxidant is 2%,reaction temperature of 55-58℃, for the preparation of modified starch is environment-friendly and cheap trademark adhesive has the initial adhesion strong, quick drying speed, good waterproof, non-toxic and tasteless, no environmental pollution and other features to meet the requirements of the trademark beer labeling machine.
