再生氧化纤维素预防麦默通微创旋切术后血肿的临床研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨再生氧化纤维素预防麦默通微创旋切术后血肿的作用。方法对80例病人,随机分为实验组和对照组两组,共126个乳腺病灶(病灶直径均为2~3cm)行Mammotome微创旋切术切除,实验组术中创面填塞再生氧化纤维素,结合加压包扎,对照组仅加压包扎。结果术后2 d去除绷带,实验组未见明显血肿,1例皮下瘀血,对照组2例局部血肿,3例皮下瘀血,局部血肿予抽吸,皮下瘀血予局部压迫及热敷,经处理后均好转。术后半年彩超检查血肿均完全吸收。结论再生氧化纤维素在预防麦默通微创旋切术后血肿具有较大的优势,尤其在直径较大肿物切除后止血效果值得推广。
