摘要
采用原子荧光光度计,建立了一种测定石脑油中痕量砷的新的分析方法。该方法采用蠕动泵,减少了手动操作所带来的误差,在定量上更加准确。在优化条件下,用该方法测定石脑油中砷含量的检出限为0.020μg/L,相对标准偏差小于3.67%,加标回收率为98.9%~101.5%。该方法灵敏度高,测定结果准确可靠,可广泛应用于石脑油样品中砷含量的测定。
A new analytical method for determination of trace arsenic in naphtha was established by atomic fluorescence spectrometer.The method uses a peristaltic pump,reducing the errors caused by manual operation,more accurate quantitative.The content of arsenic of detection limit is 0.02 μg/L and the relative standard deviation is less than 3.67%,and the recovery rate is 98.9%~101.5% under the optimized conditions.The method is sensitive,the results are accurate and reliable,and can be widely applied to the determination of arsenic content in the naphtha samples.
