摘要
采用原位聚合法制备了具有核壳结构的纳米二氧化硅/苯丙无皂复合乳液表面施胶剂。对乳液聚合的工艺参数进行了实验研究,得到最佳反应条件为乳化剂用量6%,硅溶胶用量1%,反应温度75℃,反应时间3 h。通过红外光谱(IR)及粒径分析测试对复合乳液进行表征,结果表明纳米SiO2和苯丙单体之间存在化学键联。在此条件下可制得稳定、转化率达98%的硅溶胶/苯丙无皂复合乳液,用作表面施胶剂,涂布后的纸页Cobb60值为11.08,光泽度为26.3。
The synthesis of nano SiO2/ styrene-acrylic soap-free emulsion with core-shell structure by in-situ polymerization method was researched in this paper.The optimum conditions for emulsion polymerization were obtained: emulsifier dosage of 6%,silicon sol dosage of 3%,reaction temperature of 75℃,and reaction time of 3h.stable and high conversion of 98% styrene-acrylic emulsion was prepared on these conditions.The composite emulsion was characterized by fourier transform infrared(FT-IR) and observed by means of the particle size analysis.The results indicated that there were chemical bonds between SiO2 and styrene-acrylic.Paper coated by this emulsion on the surface obtains good properties,which Cobb60 is 11.08 and gloss is 26.3.
