摘要
以曳引轮为例,解析铁型覆砂铸造的工艺设计原则。详细分析了计算机模拟技术辅助曳引轮铸造工艺的设计过程,最终确定以大冒口来补缩铸件,并在实际生产中得到验证。介绍了铁型覆砂铸造发展趋势:计算机模拟辅助设计;应用铸件的范围更加广泛;机械化生产线趋于成熟,存在有待进一步研究改进的地方。
Taking traction wheel as an example, the sand-faced metal mould casting process design principles was analyzed. The computer simulation technology aiding the traction wheel foundry technology design process was analyzed, and then the big riser was determined to use in feeding casting. The accuracy of simulating results is verified in actual production. The development trend of the sand-faced metal mould casting process were introduced: computer simulation aided design, the application scope of casting is more extensive; the mechanization production line tends to mature, but some places need to be further researched.
