摘要
对西北地区96种植物的粗提物杀蚊幼活性进行初步筛选,为寻找和开发高效的植物源杀蚊幼剂奠定基础。采用世界卫生组织(WHO)推荐的浸液法测定96种植物样品对淡色库蚊3龄幼虫的毒杀活性。结果表明,花楸、苦马豆的水提取物对淡色库蚊3龄幼虫的毒杀活性最好,处理24h后,淡色库蚊3龄幼虫的校正死亡率分别为83.33%和73.33%;蛇莓、飞廉的乙醇提取物对淡色库蚊3龄幼虫毒杀效果最好,处理24h后,对淡色库蚊3龄幼虫的致死中质量浓度(LC50)分别为23.22和76.32mg/L。因此,花楸、苦马豆、蛇莓、飞廉的杀蚊幼活性具有进一步研究的价值。
The larvicidal efficacy of aqueous and alcoholic extracts from 96 plant species in the northwest of China was studied on the third instar larvae of Culex pipiens pallens.The study aims to evaluate the use of the botanical extracts by assessing and quantifying the larvicidal effect against Culex pipiens pallens in the biological control.Of these,aqueous extracts from Sorbus koehneana and Sphaerophysa salsula showed remarkable lavicidal activity,the percentage mortality of 24 h were 83.33%,73.33%,respectively.The alcoholic extracts from Duchesnea indica exhibited the best mosquito larvicidal activity with 24 h LC50 value of 23.22 mg/L,followed by Carduus crispus was 76.32 mg/L.Therefore,Sorbus koehneana,Sphaerophysa salsula,Duchesnea indica,Carduus crispus displayed good insecticidal activity against Culex pipiens pallens,and their insecticidal ingredients may be suggested for future research.
