摘要
概述了全面质量管理理论,并阐述了新时期高等教育质量管理与保证的必要性和重要性,在此基础上,对新时期高等教育质量管理与保证工作提出了几点思考。
The paper summarizes the theory of total quality management（TQM） firstly,and then it elaborates the necessity and the importance of higher education quality management and assurance.Finally,the paper proposes several thoughts on higher education quality management and assurance based on the total quality management theory.
