饮用水中氟化物离子选择电极法的常规和室间分析质量控制 被引量:1

Analytical quality control in routine and inter-laboratory of fluorine compound in drinking water by ion selective electrode method

摘要 目的:对离子选择电极法测定饮用水中氟化物的实验室常规质量控制和实验室间分析质量控制程序。方法:按照生活饮用水标准检验方法(GB/T5750.5)中氟离子选择电极法测定。结果:对数回归方程为y=Log-1(228.5-E/55.4),常规质控图的总平均回收率为99.2 mg/L,上控制限为105.9%,下控制限为92.5%,本实验室标准溶液与统一发放的标准溶液之间比较的差值为2.26(<5%)。结论:通过实施实验室常规质量控制和实验室间的标准溶液比较试,方法在一定条件下测定水氟的误差可控制在允许的置信水平内。 Objective: To explore procedures in routine laboratory quality control and inter - laboratory analytical quality control of fluorine in drinking water by ion selective electrode method. Methods: According to the fluoride ion selective electrode method of standard test methods for drinking water (GB/T5750.5). Results: The logarithmic regression equation was y = Log^- 1(228.5 - E/55.4 ), the total average recovery in routine quality control chart was 99.2 mg/L, the upper control limit was 105.9 %, the lower control limit was 92.5 %, the difference between standard solution in the experimental room and uniform distribution was 2.26 ( 〈 5 % ). Conclusions: Through carried out the routine laboratory quality control and compared with standard solution in inter- laboratory, error which determinated of fluoride using the method in water can be controlled within the allowable level of confidence under certain conditions .
