摘要
为了满足当前温度采集系统对于温度进行精确测量、无线传输的需求,文中提出了一种基于AVR单片机的无线测温系统设计方案。测温系统以nRF905无线芯片和单片机Atmega16L为核心,采用单总线数字式温度DS18B10进行准确测温,实现了短距离无线传输和多点温度的精确采集,将采集的温度数据发送至上位机,实现了对温度数据的动态显示,查询、储存等功能。该系统具有成本低、易于扩展、用户界面操作简单等优点,可以在各种复杂的工业现场高效而准确地进行数据采集和无线传输。
Aimed at the requirement of high-accuracy measuring and wireless transmission of temperature, this paper presented a wireless detection temperature measuring instrument based on the AVR single-chip processor. The system combined nRF905 with AtmegalrL,and took DS18B20 as the temperature sensor, it achieved wireless short-range and muhi-point temperature measuring system, the acquisition temperature data collected by the system were transmitted to host computer that implemented functions of data active display, query and storage. It's indicated that the system exhibited the features of low-cost, easy to extensity and convenient to operation, and can be widely used to detect temperature and transform data in industrial environment.
