摘要
针对列车轨道水平和高低不平顺状态直接影响机车安全行驶状态的问题,设计了自适应式轨道数据检测系统实验平台,其采用高精度容栅传感器和加速度传感器、单片机及显示系统结合的方式,利用"三点式"的自适应检测方法,对轨道的轨向间距、高低倾角的不平顺状态参数进行了动态数据采集和测量。检测系统具有测量精度高、动态化测量、数据实时传输和显示功能,同时具有超范围报警提示功能,在工程测量方面具有广泛的利用价值。
Irregular railway can bring influence on train running safety, a experimental platform for dynamically detecting irreg- ularity state of railway track was introduced. With high-precision transducer, microcontroller and display system, the adaptive meas- uring system can obtain the parameters of railway irregularity automatically by three-point method. The real-time and dynamic data can be displayed accurately and transmitted with high speed in the measuring process. Furthermore, the system platform can alarm automatically the surveyor if the measurement data exceed the normal range, which can be used widespread in engineering measurement field.
