摘要
利用ABAQUS软件建立了单弹丸和多弹丸的喷丸有限元模型,研究了大弹丸喷丸2024铝板的动力学过程,分析了弹丸直径和喷丸覆盖率对板材塑性应变和沿弹坑表面及厚度方向残余应力的影响。模拟结果表明,增加弹丸直径可以使板材塑性应变层及残余压应力层深度增大,弹坑尺寸及弹坑"凸边"附近的残余拉应力也随之增大;塑性应变层和压应力层深度随喷丸覆盖率的提高而增大,但覆盖率达到一定程度时增加不再明显。
The finite element models of shot peening for single shot and several shots were established using software ABAQUS. The dynamics process of large balls impacting 2024 aluminum alloy plate was researched. Moreover, the effects of shot diameter and peening coverage on the plastic strain and residual stress along indentation surface and along depth direction were analyzed. The results indicated that when the shot diameter increased, the depth of residual compressive stress layer and plastic strain layer increased, and the size of indentation and residual tensile stress near the convex edge of the indentation also increased. The depth of residual compressive stress layer and plastic strain layer increased with the increasing of peen coverage. However, they did not increase obviously when the peen coverage reached a high level.
