地铁车站建筑真空卫生排污系统用在线型叠加双泵真空机组研制

Research and Development of the On-line Double-layer Vacuum Pump Equipment Used in Subway Station Building Vacuum Sanitary Drainage System

摘要 根据地铁建筑真空卫生排污系统的设计要求和使用要求,突破目前并排式凸轮泵双泵真空机组结构形式单一的局面,采用联轴驱动、上下叠加结构,开发人性化操控面板,研制开发新型真空机组设备,经过综合试验调试,完善设备保护功能,提高设备运行性能。该设备已成功应用于北京地铁某线路真空卫生排污系统中。 Based on the design and application conditions of the Subway Building Vacuum Sanitary Drainage System, made breakthrough the single type situation of structure form of the side-by-side type rotary-lube pump of double vacuum pump equipment, adopted the coupling axis driving and double-layer structure, the humanized control panel was developed, and a new type vacuum pump equipment was developed. After the comprehensive tests, safety functions and performances of the equipment were improved. Finally this type equipment has been applied successfully in the Vacuum Sanitary Drainage Systems in one line of Beijing subway.
