摘要
建立了流动注射分析皮革废水中钙离子的方法。在 pH 值 2. 5 条件下,CPAⅢ与钙离子反应生成蓝色稳定络合物( 波长 605nm) 。通过在线稀释样品,实现样品的实时在线分析。方法的线性范围为 0. 1 ~ 50mg/L,相对标准偏差为1. 04% ( n = 10) ,样品加标回收率在 97. 0% ~ 98. 2% 之间,具有良好的重现性和准确性。此方法适合制革用水和制革废水中钙离子的检测。
The method of FIA determination of calcium ion was established based on the reaction of Chlorophosphonazo III (CPA III) with calcium to form a blue complex in hydrochloric acid solution (pH 2. 5 ) at 605nm. The absorbance value of this compound is directly proportional to the concentration. The method of' on - line dilution samples is suitable for determination of dif- ferent concentrations of Caz+ in tannery wastewater. Optimum conditions for determining Ca2+ were investigated by univariate meth- od. Under the optimum conditions, a linear calibration graph is obtained over the range 0. 1 ~ 50mg/L, the relative standard devia- tion is 1.04% (n = 10) and the standard addition recovery is between 97.0% and 98.2%. The method has been satisfactorily ap- plied for the determination of Ca2+ in tannery operating water and effluents.
